Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese relaxation technique or known as universal life force energy.
Chakras- Each one in Sanskrit, the word "chakra" means "disk" or "wheel" and refers to the energy centers in your body. These wheels of energy each correspond to certain nerve bundles and major organs. I work within the 7 main chakras that run from the base of the spine to the top of the head. When there is an imbalance, they can manifest in the physical body or find difficulty in regulating emotions. Your chakras are like wheels, sometimes the wheels get blocked by negativity or many other things. Reiki energy will bring these all back into balance. It will differ from session to session. Clients report feeling mental clarity, improved sleep, physical improvement, a sense of balance and more aligned on their path.
As a Reiki Master, I act as a channel… I am not the one healing you, reiki aides in self-healing.
Reiki goes where it is needed. Your experience with reiki will be unique from anyone else’s! I will Guide you along in your session.
My style is completely unique and my own. During reiki session (with consent) I can include tarot and oracle cards, numerology, spirit guides, ancestry/ mediumship if prompted.
VIRTUAL SESSIONS: I do offer distance/virtual sessions. I want you to be able to be present and with no distractions. I will complete your session via Facebook messenger or any facetime platform so I can communicate with you. You can be wherever you’d like, your living room, a beach, whatever is comfortable!
IN PERSON: I do not use physical touch in my practice. I just hover my hand over the area of focus, typically with a selenite crystal for energy cleansing. At my office location at Tranquility Day Spa in Cloquet, MN.
Tarot
Each tarot reading is a channeled experience designed to offer quick insight, clarity, and soul guidance, exactly where you need it most. Whether we connect live or tune in privately, I work with your energy and Spirit to bring through the messages meant for you. These readings are ideal when you're feeling uncertain, stuck, or energetically foggy — and want grounded answers, clear direction, or spiritual confirmation. Whether you're facing a life decision or simply craving alignment, this is your space to receive the insight your soul's been asking for.
I offer in person, live virtual and video recorded readings where I provide you a private, unlisted you tube link so you can watch it anytime.
Mediumship
I am a Psychic Medium and have the ability to weave this ability into reiki or a tarot session.
I can connect with your spirit guides or passed loved ones. You may ask questions during a 30-minute session, and I will intuitively connect. If connecting with a passed loved one, please provide a photo at the beginning of your session. I will complete via facetime with you.
