Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese relaxation technique, often referred to as universal life force energy. As a Reiki Master, I work with this energy to help clients achieve balance and harmony within themselves.
Chakras are important energy centers in your body, with the word "chakra" meaning "disk" or "wheel" in Sanskrit. Each of the 7 main chakras corresponds to specific nerve bundles and major organs, running from the base of the spine to the top of the head. When these energy wheels become blocked by negativity or other factors, it can lead to physical manifestations or emotional imbalances. Reiki energy helps restore balance to these chakras, and the results can vary from session to session. Clients often report feelings of mental clarity, improved sleep, physical enhancements, and a renewed sense of alignment on their path.
As an Intuitive Tarot Advisor and Psychic Medium, I act as a channel for healing; I am not the one healing you, as Reiki aids in self-healing. Each individual's experience with Reiki is unique, and I will guide you throughout your session.
My approach is distinct and personalized. During a Reiki session, with your consent, I can incorporate tarot and oracle cards, numerology, spirit guides, and even ancestry or mediumship if prompted.
VIRTUAL SESSIONS: I offer distance or virtual sessions, allowing you to be present in a distraction-free environment. We can complete your session via Facebook Messenger or any FaceTime platform, so you can be in your living room, at the beach, or wherever you feel comfortable.
IN PERSON: In my practice, I do not use physical touch. Instead, I hover my hands over the areas of focus, often utilizing a selenite crystal for energy cleansing. You can find me at Tranquility Day Spa in Cloquet, MN.
Tarot
Each tarot reading is a channeled experience designed to offer quick insight, clarity, and soul guidance, exactly where you need it most. Whether we connect live or tune in privately, I work with your energy and Spirit to bring through the messages meant for you. These readings are ideal when you're feeling uncertain, stuck, or energetically foggy — and want grounded answers, clear direction, or spiritual confirmation. Whether you're facing a life decision or simply craving alignment, this is your space to receive the insight your soul's been asking for.
I offer in person, live virtual and video recorded readings where I provide you a private, unlisted you tube link so you can watch it anytime.
Mediumship
I am a Psychic Medium and have the ability to weave this ability into reiki or a tarot session.
I can connect with your spirit guides or passed loved ones. You may ask questions during a 45-minute session, and I will intuitively connect. If connecting with a passed loved one, please provide a photo at the beginning of your session, if you wish! I will complete via facetime with you.
